Mool Mantra (??? ????), also called the Mool Mantar, is “The Root Chant” by Guru Nanak found at the beginning of the Sikh Holy Scripture, the Guru Granth Sahib.

The Mool Mantra consists of 108 sounds, and the rest of the Guru Granth Sahib then goes onto explain the Mool Mantra, therefore making the Mool Mantra one of the most important statements within the Sikh religion.
